Jess Alfreds

Hi friends, I’m so glad you stopped by!

I’m a mom, wife, and business owner here in the Grand Strand, spending most of my days directing an outdoor academic program with a home base here in Myrtle and many other locations around the country, and running Jess Alfreds Management, which gives businesses a glow up by scaling or refining their work

I’m also a former chef who still loves anything food-related.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me off on an adventure with my husband and our 11-year-old daughter.

I love being part of this community and celebrating all the wonderful events and experiences our area has to offer!

Melissa Bishop

Hey friends! I’m so excited to be part of Moms of Myrtle with Jess! A few years ago, my family and I traded Michigan winters for sunny South Carolina, and we’ve been loving it here ever since. I’m passionate about education and inspiring a love of learning in children. With a PhD in Early Childhood Education, I’m grateful to support both students and future teachers in our community.

At home, you’ll usually find me cooking or baking with my two daughters (10 and 12), or enjoying life on our little homestead with chickens, pigs, and plenty of outdoor adventures. We love four-wheeling, swimming, and exploring everything the Grand Strand has to offer!
