1. SUNFLOWER FESTIVAL AT SOUTHERN PALMETTO FARMS | This farm is in Aynor and looks beautiful! They offer You-Pick sunflowers, farm fun, photo opps, and more. There will be two date ranges, the first around July 7-10 and the second around July 23. Look for when tickets to go live on their FB page or website.

2. DIVE IN MOVIE ON JULY 6 | At the Conway Sports & Fitness Center. The movie, Finding Nemo, is free for members and $2 for non-members. Registration closes on July 5 at 7pm!

3. Market Common Car Show | Saturday, July 9 from 11am – 2pm. 

4. Waterway Live at Myrtlewood Golf Course | This is a first of it’s kind family-friendly event at Myrtlewood. The event will feature live music, food trucks, kids activities and fabulous views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The event runs from 6-9pm and there is no entry fee.

5. MOVIES UNDER THE STARS IN VALOR PARK: ENCANTO | This new-ish favorite is one parents and kids can both enjoy! Check it out on July 15 at 8:25pm. Bring a chair, vendors will be on site.

6. Christmas in July Craft Festival | Happening on July 17th from 11am – 4pm at Litchfield Market Village. Expect over 40 local businesses and artisans to be present. 

7. National Hammock Day Festival | July 22 from 2–8pm come out to the Hammmock Shops Village in Pawleys Island to enjoy lots of family friendly fun. Live music, a balloon artist, bouncy castle, face painting, Kona Ice and more. And 100% of hammock sales will be donated to area nonprofit Teach My People.

8. Watermelon Festival | Happening on July 30 in Fair Bluff, NC (~70 minute drive from central Myrtle Beach). There is a parade, food trucks, a duck race, pageants, a dance, watermelon eating contest, and vendors. Here is a portion of the event flier. Check out their FB page for the latest.
